As the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade nears, Thursday's forecast still leaves the decision on flying the balloons up in the air.
Parade officials will be closely monitoring the wind speeds on Thursday morning and said they will ultimately make the decision on whether the balloons will be part of the festive procession right before the parade begins.
