Hey guys, Liam from Killer Ink here, and today I’m here with the new Ego Polygon.

The Polygon is the latest cartridge-dedicated tattoo machine from Ego Rotary, created and designed by Bez from Triple Six Studios in Sunderland, UK.

So, let’s take a closer look…

Following on from the R12 and R12 Plus rotaries is the Ego Polygon, which features a fully-aluminium body with a lightweight, ergonomic design.

It’s the smallest Ego machine to-date and weighs only 65 grams – or 55 without the vice connector.

The Ego Polygon is powered by a Faulhaber brushless motor, which is enclosed within and has no start-up delay.

Now this rotary runs very smoothly and has a perfectly straight, true linear drive motion – which means no sideway vibration. With a 3.9mm stroke length, the Polygon is a great machine for all types of tattooing.

Each machine also features an RCA connection here and a built-in power LED.

The slider in the Ego Polygon is made from Igus material, which does not require oil and therefore means zero maintenance.

The machine also comes with seven main drive bars that are made from Delrin, as well as nine disposable drive bars, made from ABS.

Ego’s new Polygon offers four levels of give, which is indicated by various colours. The yellow bars offer soft give, the red ones are for medium give and you can use the black bars for hard give.

In addition, there is also an aluminium main drive bar that offers a solid hit with no give.
The Ego Polygon can be used with all types of cartridge grips, including the Ego Hawkflow Disposable Cheyenne Hawk Grips and regular Cheyenne Hawk Grips, both of which can be attached directly.

You can also use your cartridge grips with a backstem via the aluminium vice connector which is included with the machine.

All Ego Polygon machines have been quality control tested and signed off by Bez himself. You’ll also receive a signed quality control card from Bez in every machine box.

The Ego Polygon is now available to order from Killer Ink via the link in the description below.

So, what do you think of the new Ego Polygon? Will you be trying out Bez’s latest machine? Let us know in the comments below, hit that like button and don’t forget to subscribe to our YouTube channel!
