This is a super short hula hoop workout blast. Just five minutes, so give it your all! Designed to get the blood pumping as well as your hoop!
I’m using a 100mm diameter dance hoop with 25mm thickness tubing. My suggestion is to use a heavy hoop you feel comfortable hula hooping with.
We hoop in both directions which is essential for even muscle development. I know this can be hard if you’re not used to it. So you can always build up strength on your weaker side by simply waist hooping with your arms in neutral. Repeat this video and eventually you’ll be a able to do everything with ease :)
