Big Mac Salad 🍔🥗 Makes 1 serving Per serving: 1 Leaner, 3 Greens, 1 Healthy Fat, 1.5 Condiments, 1 Optional Snack INGREDIENTS 4.5 oz 95-97% lean ground beef or turkey ¼ t salt ¼ t pepper 2 ½ c (117.5g/4.15oz) romaine lettuce, chopped or shredded ¼ c (45g/1.6oz) chopped tomatoes 1 TBSP minced white onion 2 dill pickle spears, chopped ¼ c (28g/1oz) reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded 2 TBSP Wishbone Light Thousand Island Dressing DIRECTIONS Cook ground meat on the stove top, seasoning with salt and pepper, until it is crumbly and is cooked through, drain. Combine salad components, topping with meat, then cheese and finally your dressing. Revel in all that you have accomplished! Optional: Add up to 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos (reduce your romaine to 2 cups to account for them and make sure they are no sugar added, etc). I have some from my garden that I pickled in the fall and for the love of fat burn they take this over the top!!!
