Ingredients -
1/2 cup Ghee (approx 100 grams)
1/2 cup Gond (75 gram)
3 tblsps Whole Wheat Flour
50 gram Kharek (coarsely crushed) (Dry Dates)
50 gram Almonds (coarsely crushed)
3 tblsps Dry Coconut (Grated)
1 tblsp Poppy Seeds (Khaskhas)
1 tsp Dry Ginger Powder (Sooth powder)
1/4 tsp Green Cardamom Powder (Elaichi Powder)
1 cup Jaggery (Gud) (Finely Chopped) (approx. 150 gram)
