Forming an LLC is a great way structure a business. Especially a new one.
However, contrary to popular belief, not everyone needs one.
When I was first starting off in the world of self-employment and dealing with taxes… I thought that having a specific type of corporate structure would help me save money, make money, achieve all the goals I had set and more.
Boy was I wrong.
