The Wisconsin Great Northern purchased the Mark Twain Zephyr in Summer 2020 and is in the process of restoring it to its former CB&Q glory! Here is an update on the progress being made on Sunday, February 7, 2021. We will check in with Nick Turnetti at out off-property shop location where work is progressing nicely on the trucks and wheels of the MTZ. We will also go inside the Huckleberry Finn where the creation of a hallway through the former kitchen area is coming to a close. Charlie also talks about the interesting type of insulation that he found.
