Traditions order matters - you want to go for certain traditions trees above others, such as for example expansion, discovery, and maybe even mercantile.
In this video we cover the whole traditions mechanic in a guide format and talk about what changed in Stellaris 3.1 as opposed to the previous version. The traditions tree looks different, and more options have been added since. While I am not making a tier list for traditions, I am going to be talking about them in terms of relative power - some are meta and some just aren't.
