This is a longer version of my other video featuring the win of Media Puzzle in the 2002 Melbourne Cup.
One of the most emotional victories in the history of the Melbourne Cup saw Irish horse Media Puzzle win convincingly. It was emotional because Media Puzzle's jockey Damien Oliver lost his brother in a track incident a week before the cup. Media Puzzle beat home Mr Prudent and Beekeeper.
This video features footage from before the race, the race itself, and post-race footage including one of the most memorable winning interviews in the history of the Melbourne Cup.
