With proposed state legislative (
www.redistricting.wa.gov/commissioner-proposed-map…) and congressional district maps (
www.redistricting.wa.gov/proposed-congressional-ma…) now available for public review, The Commission will hold two virtual public outreach meetings next week on Zoom:
Tuesday, October 5 (7 p.m.) – Statewide Virtual Public Outreach Meeting to receive feedback on state legislative district map proposals.
Saturday, October 9 (10 a.m.) – Statewide Virtual Public Outreach Meeting to receive feedback on congressional district map proposals.
There is no need to register for the meetings if you simply want to watch. You can watch the Commission’s meetings live on TVW or on our YouTube page.
If you need interpretation services to participate during one of the outreach meetings, be sure to check the box at the bottom of the form when registering. After registering, please email comment@redistricting.wa.gov with information on what your specific language needs are 72 hours prior to the meeting. We will make every effort to accommodate all requests that we receive.
