4 slices of Beef Calf liver
1 cup of flour
3 tablespoons of Shelly's House Seasoning or your favorite all purpose seasoning
2 onions
Gravy
3 cups of water
1 teaspoon of beef bouillon
1 tablespoon of browning
2 tablespoons of dirty flour
