IAQOS Intelligenza Artificiale di Quartiere Open Source (IAQOS - Open Source District Artificial Intelligence) will be coming to Bolzano as part of the 4th edition of make it visible. We have involved artists, scientists, journalists, and social innovators in a series of events and online workshops through which we will explore different perspectives of how artificial intelligence (AI) affects us all and how it can present us with an exciting opportunity to bring our imaginations to life.

During this first event, two artists and researchers, Salvatore Iaconesi and Oriana Persico, will share fascinating insights into how technologies can help us reimagine and regenerate the places in which we live by sharing the details of the first IAQOS experiment in Rome. These presentations will frame technology in an existential sense as opposed to a strictly technical sense. The underlying aim will be to help us understand how AI technologies influence and shape us on a personal and social level in terms of our relationships, how we explore and interact with the world, and how we create new economies and synergies.
