Found the high pressure safety switch had tripped, reset it and the system ran ok. after talking to the customer found they had just blown the condenser clean with and air line.
After a bit or run time the system looked to be short of refrigerant, found and repaired and tested a leak on the outlet connection on one of the Danfoss expansion valves.
The Copeland condensing unit dates from 1991 but the tank is much older, probably late 1960's or early 1970's.
