Welcome to the official PSMoveService tutorial! This tutorial will teach you how to setup PS Move controllers and PS Eye webcams to use as an alternative to Vive wand tracking in SteamVR. This allows any HMD compatible with SteamVR to unlock the power of tracked controllers.

This video's current purpose is to help those who already have the parts necessary for this project, and to provide an easy to follow video on how to ensure their setup is functional, not to advertise the PSMoveService.

To those interested in the project, wait a few weeks for the devs to squash bugs and add a number of key features to the software. Once that's done, I will post another video showing off the new version as well as officially posting the tutorial to VR subreddits. (When that happens, I'd be happy for you all to try this setup for yourself!)

I assure you that the devs are working as hard as they can to get this software ready for broad adoption. Until then; thank you for your interest in the PSMoveService as well as in this tutorial video. :)
