Learn how to make chicken biriyani in easy steps.

Ingredients:

Oil -200g
Chicken -500g
Kolam/Bullet rice -500g
Turmeric -1 tsp
Garam Masala powder -2 tsp
Onion Large -3 nos.
Tomato -3 large
Green chillies -- 5-6
Coriander Leaves - one fourth bunch
Pudina(Mint Leaves)- one fourth Bunch
Curd -200g
Ginger Garlic paste -2 table spoon
Whole Masala ( Cinnamon 4, cardamom 6, cloves 8 )
Cumin Powder - 1tea spoon
Coriander powder -2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder -3 teaspoon
Salt -3 tea spoon
Lemon Juice -2 Nos.
Water -750ml.
