Sooty gives Sweep a bone as a little present from him, however, Sweep can't seem to take it with him somewhere else as it's tied to... elastic!
Scampi seems to have this trouble as well as he's trying to get some red paint for his art homework since once again, it's tied to elastic.
Whilst Soo is trying to close the bathroom door, but it's no use due to, you've guessed it... elastic! Soo caughts the naughty little bears out and demands them to ''act sensible'' like Matthew. On the contrary, Matthew himself is playing with elastic whilst trying to find his belt.
Sweep is about to fall for one more trick by Sooty and Scampi - they give him a new jacket, but because elastic is attached to it, he felt an ''irresistible urge to leave''.
