Harvard Law Professor Adrian Vermeule, the Ralph S. Tyler, Jr. Professor of Constitutional Law, delivered a lecture, "The Original Scalia," on October 19, 2022, as part of the Herbert W. Vaughan Academic Program. Following Vermeule's remarks, Lawrence Lessig, Roy L. Furman Professor of Law and Leadership at Harvard Law School, and the Hon. Andrew Oldham, of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit shared their perspectives on his arguments.
