Lapis Surabaya Pudding Recipe
Clear chocolate pudding ingredients:
120 grams/9 tbsp sugar
1 pouch chocolate jelly powder
800 cc water
Butter Pudding Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
100 grams/6 tbsp margarine
1 tsp vanili powder
220 grams/18 tbsp sugar
2 pouches plain jelly powder
1400 cc milk (don't mix it with water)
6 drops of yellow food coloring (you can skip this)
Chocolate pudding Ingredients
120 grams /9 tbsp sugar
1 pouch plain/chocolate jelly powder
800 cc milk (600 cc milk + 200 cc drinking water)
3 tbsp chocolate powder
1/2 tsp spekkoek spice (you can skip this)
