On wednesday the 14th of July I learned about the passing of my cousin while we were shooting the music video of the first song (On my way) in my first album, AWOL: African Way Of Life . On my way, a reggae song voiced on the Happy Hour Riddim produced by talented hitmaker Martin Anjelz, is a song about spiritual, physical and mental resilience. “This is a special dedication to my beloved cousin Shakeela Pillane who passed away on the day of 14 July, 2021.
