Next up in the Shaastra Spotlight series, we have none other than Dr. Peter Atkins, Renowned Chemist & Author of several chemistry books speaking on the “Origin of Laws of Nature”.
Dr. Peter Atkins was the professor of physical chemistry at the University of Oxford from 1965 until his retirement in 2007. He has published over 70 books, which include university-level textbooks and books on science for the general public worldwide.The best known of the former is his Physical chemistry text, which is now in its eleventh edition and used throughout the world including our CY1001 course! He continues to lecture widely and is an active proponent of various humanist associations and serves as an inspiration for present and future work in the field of chemistry.
