Title:Dirty Reverse Sear Rib-Eye Steaks on a Louisiana Grills Kamado 24” (Costco LG24”) + veg kebabs

So I cooked the steaks, wings and veg Kebabs on indirect heat until the Steaks reached an internal temp of 110c (rare). I then rested the steaks and let the wings carry on cooking but now on direct heat with all vents open fully. I got the Kamado temp up to 700F+ before removing wings and kebabs. I then moved the charcoal and added the steaks direct to the charcoal for 30secs per side 👍🔥
