26 people were arrested last night in raids at five entertainment joints for allegedly causing noise pollution and selling shisha in Kilimani area in Nairobi. The raid which was conducted by Police officers, Nairobi City County officers and officials from the National Environment Management Authority followed complaints by residents over noise pollution and obstruction, by customers frequenting those joints.
