The audio recording discloses conversation between Syed Arif (Pak smuggler-ISI agent), Taufiq Jallianwala (Pak smuggler-ISI agent) and Yakub Memon (Bombay resident, currently in jail after surrendering in 1994). The trio discuss about how to shelter India's most wanted Dawood Ibrahim (organizer of Bombay blasts) in Pakistan and how they helped him and his family change their identities in Pakistan. He was also made a slave by Pakistan's ISI for its vested interests. The tape unravels the hidden truth of how Dawood went to Mecca on March 12, 1993 (day of Bombay bomb blasts). The recording took place in May, 1994 and is with Indian security agencies. It was recorded by Yakub Memon, brother of Tiger Memon (prime accused of 1993 blasts that killed 250, injured over 700).
