Today's video is the unboxing, setup and review of the Fluval FX6 Canister Filter. In the video, I explain how to properly setup this canister and a few tips and suggestions that have worked in my experience.
We cover the filter media stages and a few recommendations on what to put in the FX6. There are a lot of great choices out there, so feel free to take it or leave it.
Overall, the FX6 has a ton of volume and room for media, along with proven performance over time. We've had a few of these for years with no issues. They are relatively expensive though, so it is an investment if you're going with a FX6 canister.
