An infant is typically considered a child that is between birth to one year of age. As the infant develops and grows, they will begin to develop new motor and cognitive abilities. These "milestones" are important indicators that the child is developing properly.
These can be grouped under the mnemonic "Babies." -Body Changes -Achieving Milestones -Baby Safety -Interventions (nursing care) -Eating Plan -Social Stimulation
