Based on my personal experiences and of my friends and fellow ALTs under the JET Programme, here are 10 types of Japanese teachers of English that one might encounter while teaching or co-teaching English at a Japanese school. Recently, I did a presentation on this in the seminar for ALTs in my city, which sort of validated the things I shared in this video.
