shifting realities is moving your consciousness to another reality so you can experience things from that life, it is 100% real and it is not a dream. the people in these realities are real people and have real feelings remember that. anybody/everybody has the capability of being able to shift but your mindset is key, you will only shift when you 100% believe, don’t think that you are doing something wrong if you haven’t shifted yet you probably aren’t it takes some people longer than others and that’s nothing to worry about!

when you first go onto the subliminal pause the video, check the like to dislike ratio if they don’t have their likes and dislikes on that is a red flag, if there are ALOT of dislikes that is also a red flag, check the description see what they say about the video and to get a sense of what the creator is like, check the comments see what people say, if the comments are mostly bad or if the comments are off that’s a red flag, please stay safe when watching subliminals! :)
