UPDATE 12/14/2012: Billboard released the real 2012 year-end chart today and I have updated the video with all the appropriate annotations.
A couple seconds of every song that has charted on the Billboard Hot 100 chart over the past year (12/03/2011 to 11/24/2012).
Since this was based off of a custom points system rather than actual radio airplay/digital sales/on-demand streaming data, the final positions of the 100 are just an estimate and will probably not be exact.
